Public Encouraged to Attend July Open Houses for the Long-Term Air Transportation StudyThe Washington Aviation Planning Council is seeking your input on draft statewide aviation policies, which are being developed as part of the Long-Term Air Transportation Study. The draft policies are designed to address statewide aviation issues in the areas of land use, environment, capacity, new technology, safety, mobility, stewardship, preservation, access and economy. Mark your calendars for two important opportunities to comment on the draft policies in July: Public Open House July 22, 2008 Future of Flight Aviation Center 8415 Paine Field Boulevard Mukilteo, WA 98275 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Public Open House July 24, 2008 Wenatchee Convention Center 201 N Wenatchee Avenue Wenatchee, WA 98801 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The open houses are an opportunity to review the draft policies and learn about key aviation issues. Members of the Aviation Planning Council and staff will be on hand to address questions and comments.
