Albaugh: Boeing Will Soon Become Top Aircraft Maker Again

The Financial Times (2/19, Clark) reports on an interview with Jim Albaugh, who heads Boeing's commercial airplane division. Albaugh believes Boeing will top Airbus within four years as the biggest aircraft maker. Albaugh sees the number of deliveries going "up significantly" in 2013 and 2014. According to another Financial Times (2/19, Clark) article on the interview, Albaugh discussed potential future competition for the company, especially from companies like Bombardier and Embraer entering the large civil jet market.
