We manufacture to both metric and standard measurements, or a conversion of either measurement.
Using current technology Hobart holds tolerances of less then .0005 of an inch in a controlled environment for boring holes and .001 for true positioning along with 3, 4 and 5 axis close tolerance machining. We are able to confirm our cad controlled machining using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection.

Hobart has extensive experience in assembly work from bonding of metallic to composite materials, Machining and welding satellite faring supports to precision sub-assemblies for satellites, to aerospace floor beams and flap tracks up to 15 ft long utilizing 3 to 5 axis procedures.
